Shouts of children’s laughter rang out as kids of incarcerated parents had the time of their lives at Angel Tree Summer Camp. Director Matt Raines oversaw all the festivities at Frontier Camp in Grapeland. This campground has been ministering to children for over 40 years, and this summer was no different.
