We believe that it requires that all staff and volunteers are Christians who are living vital, empowered lives. InnerChange Freedom Initiative staff and volunteers must model Christ through unconditional love, patience, humility, and other fruits of the spirit. In InnerChange Freedom Initiative, instructors and small group leaders listen and do not preach. Didactic teaching and training approaches are not highly valued; rather, listening and facilitating small group discussions are esteemed.
